I love Virtual Field Trips and sharing them with you. By far, this week's topic is one of my favorites. There is so many good VFTs it kind of makes me want to go back to teaching a content area because I really don't get to use them. I'm always thrilled to hear when someone gets to use one with their class and love hearing about the reaction of the students. The ones I have used have been very popular.
This week you will be exploring the numerous VFT links I have for you in this week's Weekly Topic section. Choose one of your favorites to share and blog about. Don't forget about the Internet Safety opinion paper too.
For fun, try to add a picture to your blog post. I found this flower through Google, right clicked it and saved to MY PICTURES. Then I clicked on the "add image" icon in the new post and directed Blogger to upload that picture, made it small and on the left and presto-chango, there it is!
Lastly, Sunday is the first day of Spring! Hopefully, this beautiful weather continues!

When is the VFT assignment due? I am worked on the paper this past weekend and today. I don't think I will be able to have a blog post up by midnight Tues (like the report card one). I don;t see a duedate for the VFT. I am hoping I can do that tomorrow and Wed. Then make blog comments and finish up the interent safety paper by Friday. This weekend will be impossible for me I have my neices Sweet sixteen and a communion retreat all day Sunday for my boys. I have been blogging and respinding to others blogs I do hope you see them

Blogs are always due on Tuesday by midnight. It doesn't have to be very involved just find one you like and share it. And yes, I've been seeing your blog and comments to others. Thanks for being such an active participant!

ReplyDeleteIt happened again!!! I commented on some blogs the other night and they seemed to have posted but when I looked today they were gone. I just reposted on Ashley's page and it seems to be sticking...I don't get it but I just want you to be aware of what is happening. I haven't really gotten any comments on my last two blogs except for you so I hope that doesn't mean that I am somehow not in "the loop"...just a tiny bit frustrated but hoping that it helps to keep you posted....and hopefully you will get this
