For this week's blog post try to get a short video of yourself up on your blog. You can shoot it with pretty much anything that takes video - a digital camera that shoots video, your phone, a Flip camera or a regular video camera. Save it to your computer and then use the "add video" button in your new post window to add it to your blog. If you are unable to complete this topic be sure to post what happened on your blog by Tuesday to receive credit for the week.
Just to clarify, sometime after midnight on Friday I will read all the blogs. As I read and comment I check you off when I see a comment you made on someone else's blog. As long as your post is up by Wednesday and you have a reply up by Friday you will receive 10 pts. If either is late you receive less points.
If possible, please comment on several blogs. Some people don't get any comments, except from me, which kind of stinks for them. Share the love! THANKS!
This video is one I shot in my classroom in the fall. I'll try to get another one up tomorrow for your enjoyment. (ha-ha!)

ReplyDeleteI spent hours trying to load a video. It just kept hour glassing and did not appear to fully load the video. I will try again tonight. Very frustrating because it really is a cute video of my son.
Thanks for your email and comment on what I was able to post. I spoke with Barbara deSantis yesterday at school and she thought Blogger can't handle very long videos, unless they are on Utube or a similar site. My son tried talking me through posing on Utube over the phone, but I wasn't successful. At least I was happy to post something.

ReplyDeleteI got your email about not getting my paper but I did put it in the Digital Drop Box and email it to you for insurance on the 26th. I forwarded that email to you again yesterday when I received your email that you hadn't received it yet. I also checked Blackboard/Dropbox and it was posted on the 26th and I reposted it yesterday. Please let me know that you got this. I did do the assignment on time and submit it on time. I'm not sure what went wrong but I don't want you to think otherwise and have my grade reflect that.
